Please obfuscate all e-mail addresses like we do elsewhere, or maybe
just drop them. Otherwise this becomes a "spam list". E-mail addresses
are only reasonable to have in that file if/when we list each person's
specific contributions right there - which would be a good thing to do.

Yes, I think we should eventually add all other contributors that you
mention above. We should also list each person's specific contributions.
For now, what you did is a step in the right direction.
