This is very nice. As you know, I am merging this into -jumbo-6.

In my testing, I am also getting slower speed for "many salts" (many PDF
files being cracked at once?) than for "one salt". This suggests that
there's something wrong with the implementation. Normally, these should
be either the same or "many salts" should be faster.
Nevertheless, this is not a blocker for inclusion in -jumbo-6.
