I've just uploaded john-1.7.7-jumbo-5-to-6-RC1.diff.gz to the wiki:

It applies on top of -jumbo-5, and it integrates the following patches:

john-1.7.7-jumbo-5-ssh-1.diff.gz
john-1.7.7-jumbo-5-pdf-3.diff.gz
john-1.7.7-jumbo-5-rar-3.diff.gz

john-1.7.7-jumbo-5-ETA-mute-3.diff.gz
john-1.7.7-jumbo-5-utf8_truncation_fix.diff.gz

I also made some changes of my own, which I'll describe separately.

I'd appreciate it if you test this patch and report back.  Especially
test functionality of the above integrated patches.

I am also considering these for inclusion:

john-1.7.6-hmailserver-02.diff.gz
john-1.7.7-jumbo-1-SybaseASE-01.diff.gz

likely with a compile-time setting to disable them on old OpenSSL.
