Advanced RAR Password Recovery by ElcomSoft
Win32, shareware, 30 day free trial, $30 personal / $60 business license (or cheaper in a bundle)
Purchase the full registered version

A program for recovering lost or forgotten passwords for RAR/WinRAR archives, including both versions 2.0 to 2.8 and 2.9/3.x. Supports the customizable "brute-force" and dictionary-based attacks. Multilanguage interface is provided.

RAR Password Cracker by dnSoft Research Group
Win32, shareware, free trial, $30 (purchase)

A similar cracker from dnSoft Research Group that was first to introduce support for RAR/WinRAR versions 2.9/3.x (in addition to 2.0 to 2.8). It recovers by the method of exhaustive search of all possible combinations of characters ("brute-force"), or using passwords from a list ("wordlist" or "dictionary" method). Self-extracting archives (SFX) and multi-volume archives are supported. The program is able to save current state of cracking (you can interrupt the program at any time, and restart from the same state later).
