Subject: per source limit reached

Hi all. I'm using pop3d on a Debian/Stable box.
There a webmail in java that we are developing here and we use popa3d as
our POP server. This app has 60 tests or so, when I run the tests I get
"per source limit reached" on /var/log/syslog.

What is this limit ?
Can I increase it ?
