No KVM hosting recommendations, sorry.  I was able to find a few other
KVM hosting providers, but I don't know if they're any good and if their
setup and their staff will support you installing Owl into a VPS.
Here's a Dutch provider offering Linux KVM VPSes:

Maybe they will run Owl, maybe not.  (Please reply to this message if
you find out either way.  Thanks in advance.)

However, I've just setup this wiki page with VPS hosting providers who
offer VPSes with Owl:

http://openwall.info/wiki/Owl/hosting

Currently, this lists just two providers, both of whom use OpenVZ.
So you get the Owl userland inside your VPS, but you do not get the
ability to create VPSes-in-VPS, like you could do with a KVM-based
"outer" VPS.

As the wiki page says, please feel free to add to it.
