Yes - it's under /boot/.config on the CD.  You can also find it within
the owl-cdrom package, as well as under native/Owl/packages/owl-cdrom/
in our "native" tree (as available via FTP, anoncvs, and CVSweb).

We don't distribute pre-built kernels via FTP, other than as a part of
ISO images of our boot CDs.
