Greetings!

	  There is a little problem in owl-1.0release. If /var/log/lastlog
file deleted, there is no way to logon to system:
/etc/pam.d/login :
...
session	required	/lib/security/pam_lastlog.so nowtmp
...

I think that checking this in startup scripts should be added
