Subject: xinetd and loadavg support

hi folks!

at first, thank to all people involved with the openwall
linux project; release 1.0 looks great!

my question:

why is xinetd not compiled with loadavg support? i like
this feature, because it can prevent denial of service
attacks in some situations.

i know it's easy to recompile xinetd including this feature,
but i just wondered why it is not used within owl.

greets,

bernd 'beli' liebscher
