Subject: OpenSSL with enable-ccgost

For some reasons, I have to use ${subj}. So I've tested it and,
definitely, like it. Also, I realized that many people really
need it.

We can become the first GNU/*/Linux distribution supporting GOST
28147, GOST R 34.10 and GOST R 34.11 out-of-box, thus getting
additional competitive advantage as a security-enhanced system.

Any objections?
