It seems that librsvg is hosted on GNOME since quite some time, see
http://git.gnome.org/browse/librsvg/ and
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/librsvg/2.34/ (and
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=librsvg)
