Subject: ELLCC version 0.1.11 released with AArch64 support.

Thanks to the great work of the musl team the latest binary release of 
the ELLCC cross development tool chain now supports compiling for ARM 
AArch64 targets. Binary packages, including AArch64 hosts are available 
from http://ellcc.org/blog/?page_id=20295
