Subject: gnulib FAQ entry - broken link

FYI, the link on the FAQ (via the mailing list) to the gnulib 'quick hack'
seems to be broken.

It might also be added that it is possible to update the in-tree gnulib by:-

- downloading the latest gnulib (which is a checkout of head from GNU
savannah, grrr, so there's no checksums or signatures, and the tarball
changes on every get)
- cd'ing to the parent folder containing the in-tree gnulib 'm4' and 'lib'
- running <path to checkout gnulib>/gnulib-tool --add-import

This works for compiling m4
