Subject: Adding more "Nodes" to MPI Session

Dear All :)

i have a question:
i just stopped my john-session that was running for about 130 days on MPI
(4 cores) to breack an office2010 password.

i upgraded the VM from 4 to 6 vCPUs
is there a way to restore my session using all 6 cores?
because now there is no john.4.rec and no john.5.rec :(
And it would be sad, to start from scratch.

another thought: The server was lost for ~180 days, so the session is in
fact quite old.
It still has a average speed of 134c/s, also my benchmark shows >300c/s
I think 12/2012 i updated the to latest gtit and then speed was improved.

If i benchmark using 6 cores, it is even above 600c/s

I'm wrinting this because i wonder if the current session makes sense.
Maybe the "logic" has been changed once speed got improved so i should
start from scratch anyhow.

Thanks for your comments :)
BR Marc
