To make with openCL,should I set: make win32-cygwin-x86-opencl?But the compiler can not support the param.

 Windows version is based on cygwin. Also we don't have cuda under windows.
However we do have an openCL version. Try make win32-cygwin-x86-opencl.
However you need to have openCL sdk installed.
