I've addressed this in @solardiz tweets today, including a password file
line sample and what version of JtR has this functionality.  However, I
also warned against helping crack those $500 hashes.  I rarely raise
ethical concerns in here, but this time I strongly recommend against
getting involved in that activity.  Please consider.
