Subject: compiling with NSS

Didn't know where else to comment on this but wanted to put it out
there, maybe saving someone some time. When enabling NSS, pkg-config has
to be installed, or a fatal error will be encountered when compiling.
This is on a Debian Wheezy system using linux-x86-amd-native as target.
