Subject: OMP patches lacks FMT_OMP

I implemented some logic for OMP vs MPI and noticed the FMT_OMP flag is 
not added to DES, BSDI and LM in the 1.7.7 OMP-4/7 patches. It should!

Also, an "#ifdef _OPENMP" should be added around the OMP pragma in 
SybaseASE (and I think some of Dhiru's newer patches too) to avoid 
compilation warnings.
