I just created a wiki page on how to generate test hashes:

Anyone having additional formats, please add! I'm a one-liner type of 
guy but posting small scripts or links to programs or web resources is 
of course fine too.

I am personally in need for generating mscash2, netlmv2, netntlm and 
netntlmv2 hashes from plaintexts that not fit in ISO-8859-1. Any help 
appreciated.
