Subject: how to crack kerberos5 passwords?

hi!
i have a MIT kerberos server. how can i get a list of the password
hashes and crack them?
as far as i understand i need to dump the users' password hashes (how
do i do that?) and then patch john to be able to work on the file.
is there a tool (like unafs) to do the dumping?
where can i find the patch for krb5 style hashes?

i use the mpi patch for parallel cracking, so i hope for a patch
against 1.7.3 (as found in debian squeeze) so that patch will still
apply.
