I have compiled  JtR 1.7.6 with the jumbo 9, mscash2 v1.1, and hmailserver
patches for Windws, Linux86 32-bit, and Linux86 64-bit and have uploaded
them to the wiki.

    john-1.7.6.tar.gz with the patches:

        john-1.7.6-jumbo-9.diff

        john-1.7.6-jumbo-9-mscash2-v1-1.diff

        john-1.7.6-hmailserver-01.diff

I used Owl v3.0 x86 for the Linux builds.  I upgraded the Openssl in the Owl
build.   The Unix/Linux versions are staticly linked to OpenSSL v0.9.8q
