I have added preliminary OpenCL support for raw-MD4 hashes (combined
OpenCL patch attached). Performance sucks right now but I am working
on it :-).
$ ./john --format=raw-md4 -test # on Intel Core i5 750 CPU
Benchmarking: Raw MD4 [32/64]... DONE
Raw: 6380K c/s real, 6444K c/s virtual
$ ./john --format=raw-md4 -test # on GT 240
Benchmarking: Raw MD4 [32/64]...
OpenCL Platform: <<<NVIDIA CUDA>>> and device: <<<GeForce GT 240>>>

Raw: 12098K c/s real, 41943K c/s virtual
