Look's like node 7 is done. The "totals" are waiting for it to answer,
so it never shows either. After the above scenario, try running "grep ^7
john.log"
That version you've got is not too clever with few rules. For example,
with 7 rules against 8 cores the last node won't get any. Or with 14
rules, node 0-5 will have two rules each, while node 6 and 7 only gets
one each. I'm regression testing better ways of handling this.
