As a follow up to the rockyou.chr file conversation:

I have made updates to the CHR file. Essentially, I no longer 'sort
-u' the input
file before generating the CHR.

So the new rockyou.chr file is based off of a non-unique'd list of passwords
from the "Rock You" list. This should improve it's ability to create
common passwords.
