It's a patch I'm trying to slowly let die, unless anyone has more time
to make it properly split work. Try applying it to the vanilla
1.7.3.4 tree and see if it works - I'm somewhat doubtful it'll do so
cleanly, but if it doesn't I'll see what I need to do to update it.
