Subject: Patch for john to specify the rules section to use

Hi,

The attached patch makes it possible to specify which rules section
you want to use in single or wordlist mode.
For example, to crack NTLM hashes from LM passwords, you can use
"john -wordlist=cracked -rules=NT -format=NT pwdumpfile" without
having to edit john.conf.
