No, you have not shown how many hashes JtR had loaded for cracking
during that 15-hour session.  What was on the "Loaded ..." line?

The fact that it sees this many hashes with "--show" does not imply that
it also saw the same hashes when it was cracking - perhaps it did not.

As I have already explained, "--show" works for all hash types at once,
whereas when you run "john" for cracking it will only pick one hash type
(on its own or as it is told with "--format=...").
