I've briefly tested this (only "john --test" on 3 archs), placed it in
contrib/ on the FTP server, and added a link from the contributed
resources list on the JtR homepage (replacing the older patch by
bartavelle).  Your NTLM patch was already in contrib/ and linked.

I've also updated the news item on the Openwall website front page to
refer to both patches.
