Alain e-mailed a new revision of the patch to me privately, and I've
placed it into:

	ftp://ftp.openwall.com/pub/projects/john/contrib/

The filename is john-1.7.2-ntlm-alainesp-3.1.diff.gz.  I've briefly
tested this when built as linux-x86-mmx and linux-x86-64 (on two
different systems).

The requirement for a little-endian architecture is still present.
