Subject: Unable to crack passwords

Hi,
 
I am trying to crack the password using JTR, but its giving following msg:
"No password hashes loaded"
 
Command:
./john --format=BF pwd
 
PWD is the name of the file, contents are as follows: 
user:a5b62d8565be6c20
I am using Blow Fish algorithm to encrypt the password and Password is
"hello"
 
Pls let me know what is wrong over here.
