I think this important topic requires clarification. The hashes have
been called "Microsoft cache hashes" by Arnaud Pilon after reversing the
code responsible for that. I'm pretty sure they have a more official
name at Microsoft, unknown to us (we liked giving this name better than
searching for it).
So, MS CAche haSH = MSCASH
It also is a m$ joke.
The name is actually the best part of the plugin (by far, I know...).
