Subject: gcnasm should generate final text *.isa.

Hi Daniel, Lukas,

The gcnasm is not generating the *isa files even though the -save-temps
options are used. Probably this is just normal when you build kernel from
binaries. But we should somehow generate the final text isa anyway
because you would know you are not patching any wrong vgpr/sgpr that are
being used for some other purposes like storing the thread ids etc.
For now you could generate the text isa before patching and mark the
locations where the new patch would be inserted.
