Ataching latest version (v3) of the DMG cracker patch. Added
"heuristics" for files like challenge19.dmg from CMIYC 2011.

v3 patch also uses Lukas's PBKDF2 code and as a result is now 2.2x faster!

Benchmarking: Apple DMG PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA-1 3DES / AES [32/64]... DONE
Raw:	1437 c/s real, 1452 c/s virtual

In comparison, Passware manages to do almost 2000 p/s on the same CPU.
