Attached is a patch with some minor fixes, against magnum-jumbo.

Speeds on one core in FX-8120, stock clocks (should be 4.0 GHz):

Benchmarking: SunMD5 [128/128 XOP intrinsics 8x x1024]... DONE
Raw:    506 c/s real, 506 c/s virtual

Benchmarking: SunMD5 [32/64]... DONE
Raw:    123 c/s real, 123 c/s virtual
