Subject: mschapv2 conversion

Hi,

I have completed the mschapv2 bitsliced conversion (without OpenMP support yet) with the changes we discussed earlier. The benchmark results on my AMD test machine are as follows which look good....

Without bitslicing:
Benchmarking: MSCHAPv2 C/R MD4 DES [mschapv2]... DONE
Many salts:     1979K c/s real, 1979K c/s virtual
Only one salt:  1358K c/s real, 1358K c/s virtual

With Bitslicing:
Benchmarking: MSCHAPv2 C/R MD4 DES [DES_BS_MSCHAPv2]... DONE
Many salts:     15754K c/s real, 15754K c/s virtual
Only one salt:  3184K c/s real, 3184K c/s virtual

I have attached the patch.

Cheers,
Deepika
