Subject: Why the PHPS benchmark change from Many salts/Only one salt to Raw
 since jumbo-5?

Is there a reason why the single salt / many salts case shouldn't be
relevant anymore?

For jumbo 5, there's a large difference for many salts/only one salt,
but current git just reports the raw benchmark (result close to the
jumbo-5 many salts case.)
If it would still report many salts / only one salt, the relbench script
would include that benchmark in the comparison...
