Attached patch adjusts the subformat names to be used for --format=crypt
--subformat=TYPE to the latest change.

BTW: Should I really continue to post patches which I intend to be part
of jumbo-6 to this thread?

Or should I post obvious fixes separately,and keep this thread for
things that need discussion?
