Subject: Add john.conf comment about changes in [Options] section
Now that some options have been moved to other sections, a comment
pointing users to the right sections [Options.MPI], [Markov.Default],
and the new [Options.OpenCL] is appropriate.
See attached patch. Feel free to improve the wording...
