Should I remove "option" from the list of possible completions?
I think I'll just drop it.
I doubt anybody currently needs this, so it will only be confusing.

Currently probably nobody ever needs this.
And if --markov mode gets enhanced in a way that it additionally
supports --markov=section, I can still use
./john --list=Options.Markov 2>/dev/null or something similar to find
the existing [Options.Markov:name] sections...
