Change also confirmed to work on MacOS 10.7 (core2 duo):

CommonCrypto on 10.7 (compiled with new ifdef code):

./run/john -test -format:xsha512
Benchmarking: Mac OS X 10.7+ salted SHA-512 [64/64]... DONE
Many salts:	1175K c/s real, 1175K c/s virtual
Only one salt:	1165K c/s real, 1165K c/s virtual


OpenSSL on 10.7:

./run/john_single -test -format:xsha512
Benchmarking: Mac OS X 10.7+ salted SHA-512 [64/64]... DONE
Many salts:	962304 c/s real, 962304 c/s virtual
Only one salt:	962048 c/s real, 962048 c/s virtual
