jumbo 5 only handle md5_gen(0) (with --format=md5_gen(0))
jumbo 5 handle raw with --format=raw-md5

jumbo 8 only handles dynamic_0 (with --format=raw-md5 and
--format=dynamic_0)

I don't have any john supporting raw-md5thick.

I think it's really important to support untagged hashes in john.pot, I
usually use several versions of john and interoperability between them
is essential.
