Lukas, Samuele -

I think it may be time to merge your patches adding CUDA and OpenCL code
into the -jumbo tree.

Do you agree?

Would you be able and willing to produce patches against the latest
-jumbo that may simply be applied to the tree and would not break any of
the existing -jumbo build targets (that is, they would merely add extra
targets for CUDA and OpenCL builds)?

JimF, magnum - do you have any comments on this?  Would you help with it?
