Done, patch 0024. All incremental patches up to and including this one
are regression tested for all builds I can produce:

generic (64-bit)
linux-x86-64-32-any
linux-x86-64-32-mmx
linux-x86-64-32-sse2
linux-x86-64-32-sse2i
linux-x86-64
linux-x86-64i

The same tests was made for my CVS-based tree too (with an additional
salt_hash patch for all formats with hard-coded size). No problems known.
