Both done. Big improvement for 64-bit, although for 32-bit builds the
SSE2 asm is a little faster (just like for raw SHA1)

Jim, I did not understand half of what you said about using "temp_var %
16 set of buffers" but if you can improve this it would obviously be a
great thing.

I can do more formats, it's pretty straight forward. But now I'm gonna
hit the bed.
