I'm experimenting with Jumbo>=6 plugin formats, so I had a look at 
Dhiru's formats now. SybaseASE can be a plugin, no problems. But ssh, 
rar and pdf will probably need to be non-plugins as they add stuff like 
"unssh". We could stretch the plugin idea but I think it's better used 
for simple formats that does not need to add things in john.c.

Once they are added to Jumbo, the patch clashing is over anyway.
