Tested:
linux-x86-64-icc build OK, tests OK, UTF8 OK, tstall OK
linux-x86-64-clang build OK, tests OK, UTF8 OK, tstall OK
linux-x86-64-mpi build OK, tests OK, UTF8 OK, tstall OK
linux-x86-64-omp build fails. Trivial bug.

The OMP problem is trivial, patch posted soon to wiki. With that patch:

linux-x86-64-omp build OK, tests OK, UTF8 OK, tstall OK
linux-x86-64-omp+mpi build OK, tests OK, UTF8 OK, tstall OK
linux-x86-64-icc-omp build OK, tests OK, UTF8 OK, tstall OK
