It would be easy to just add tons if #ifdefs. On the other hand, with
gen_md5 there is no need to "convert" formats to the intrinsics branch
anymore. There is still the sha1 stuff. I have not been following
patches for a while but I understand this also is in md5_gen.

I have no problem updating the "intrinsics" patch against any tree, as
long as someone points me to the right one. It could also be a good idea
to rename it to something like md5/sha1 intrinsics, as there is also the
DES intrinsics in tree now.
